The Assessor for Fife, Heather Honeyman, is appointed to compile and maintain a Council Tax List for Fife. Domestic properties are entered in the Council Tax List. This document forms the basis for the local authority, Fife Council, to collect council tax. Further information relating to Council Tax Bandings can be viewed online via the Scottish Assessors Portal website at www.saa.gov.uk
